Payment Confirmation
When your order is pending confirmation, you have 20 minutes to click the payment link and execute the payment in order to confirm it.
You will receive a confirmation email and a PDF with your order details after successful payment.
Branch Locations
For all other Locations apart from the Lisbon Branch:
The pick up and drop off hour will be arranged with our Agents. We cannot guarantee the same Pick up and Drop off hour chosen in the reservation booking, but we will do our very best to meet your expectations.
Note: Even if we have to make some alterations, the reservation will change in accordance, so you won't lose any reservation time.
Lisbon Branch Hours
The working hours of our Lisbon branch are:
Monday-Saturday: 24 hours
Sundays: 08:00 – 12:00
Out-of-Hours Fees:
Security Deposit
Fuel/Tolls/Helmets Pre-authorization (Deposit): 50€
This is a refundable deposit that is mandatory in all rentals. The deposit amount will be returned or not charged to your account 10 working days after the end of the rental period, provided all terms and conditions are met.
